- FuzeHQ (operator-facing AI workspace): Designed an operator-facing workspace for human + AI teams. 13 named agents shipping daily, 449 tasks audited in production, 51% fake-done rate caught via Tenant-Zero discipline. Built on Paperclip MIT runtime, evolved for the empty quadrant (high agent identity × high operator UX)
